Production Time (Made‑to‑Order)

Your Scruffy Roughie gear is made just for you.
Your order will typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before it ships.
Production time may vary slightly during holidays or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Time

Once your order leaves our production partner, your package will arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier speed.

We currently ship using major carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for some international routes)

The carrier is automatically selected based on the fastest available option for your address.

Total Delivery Estimate

From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door, your total delivery time will be approximately 5–14 business days.

This includes:

  • 2–7 business days for production
  • 3–7 business days for shipping

You’ll receive email updates at every step.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

If you don’t see tracking updates right away, don’t worry — your package is on the move.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

If your package is delayed or appears stuck in transit, we recommend giving the carrier a few extra days to resolve the issue.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Look around porches, mailrooms, and side doors
  3. Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early

If it still doesn’t show up, contact us and we’ll help you find a solution.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

Please email us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the issue

We’ll take care of the rest.

Address Issues

If the shipping address entered at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, carriers may return the package to the sender.
In these cases, you may be responsible for reshipment costs, so please double‑check your address before submitting your order.
