Scruffy Roughie Return Policy
Because all Scruffy Roughie apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference. Please review our size guides carefully before ordering.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We happily refund or replace items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. To request a replacement or replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include a discounted replacement.

Custom or personalized items are final sale.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
